In a time of significant uncertainty due to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, VUV Analytics wants to let our customers and partners know that we are dedicated to your ongoing success. With the spread of the virus and governments taking unprecedented actions to ensure public safety it is normal to expect and see disruption in the level of service you would traditionally expect. Many of you are in “essential” industries and will continue to work, perhaps working with a reduced level of staffing. Because of this, over the last several weeks we have been busy preparing so we could ensure the highest level of support possible.
On Tuesday, March 24th, Austin, Texas and surrounding counties issued a shelter-in-place order effectively shutting down all non-essential businesses. This order will stay in effect through April 13, 2020. In response to this order and to protect the health and well-being of our employees, our office in Cedar Park, Texas has been closed with the exception of fulfilling instrument and service orders.
Since our customers are in industries that have been designated as essential, we understand that you will continue to work during these challenging times — so will we. As part of our preparation, and the subsequent closure of our office our service and sales team will be working remotely and will continue to provide uninterrupted service to you during this critical time. While we are working please be aware of the following to ensure a prompt reply:

- If an on-site service visit is required, we will manage those on a case-by-case basis taking into account relevant travel restrictions as well as company policies that are in place at our customer locations.
